Gameweek 10 Preview

The revised strategy for this season is to post the weekly preview data as soon as possible, giving you (a) the chance to use it to help with any early transfer decisions and (b) to collate questions on why a given player is so low or high, to be answered on Fridays before the transfer deadline.

Hi Chris

This new preview page is excellent.

Do you have any data for Andre Schurrle?

Cheers

This looks absolutely great Chris, nice stuff.

Why are there so few players included though? Even when increasing risk to 5? For example there's only 2 midfielders shown for Man Utd, no Vidic, no Amalfitano for WBA either.

Chris, one thing I'd love to see is a feature on which defenses are the best to target long-term based on SiB data.

Jon and 2ndMan - I accidentally left a filter on my spreadsheet which was cutting a few of the 'riskier' players. Schurrle et al are in there now. Amalfitano is currently excluded as he's flagged as being injured, but if he were to be included he'd get a 3.4 for this week and a 3.2 for the 8GW forecast.

Andrew - I'm working on the defensive side now as I'm not thrilled with how the CS% work out. I think they're okay when being built into the player forecasts but I want it to be a bit more transparent for everyone to see which teams look good to target. I'll hopefully get a new team dashboard up soon.
